Job Description

  • Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and project requirements.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, addressing client issues proactively and strategically

The Successful Applicant

  • Relationship Builder: Strong ability to foster long-term client partnerships and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sales Acumen: 5+ years of experience in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets through strategic account management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with data centre and power solutions and operations.
  • Bilingual Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
