職務内容

  • Manage and grow sales in Natural Resources industries such as batteries, electronics, natural fibers, fuels, and lubricants.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies and financial objectives for the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Technical Service, and Marketing teams to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and anti-competition rules.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Train and support distributors to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Negotiate contracts, handle claims, and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Work closely with R&D to identify and support new product opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Has 5+ years of experience in technical sales and business development, preferably in specialty chemicals.
  • Understands industries such as Pulp & Paper, Electronics, Lithium Batteries, and Lubricants.
  • Experienced in business development and involved in global projects.
  • Skilled in managing direct customer relationships and distribution channels.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
