Job Description

  • Understand client's technical requirements, and translate those into tangible solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the team's short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Be responsible for day-to-day business activities in your area, which include but not limited to regular customer visits, follow-ups on customer inquiries and addressing technical and quality related issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the Technology, Automotive or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as required.



Language Proficiency:

  • Japanese: Native level.
  • English: Business level.
