- Deliver against growth targets and sales priorities for a portfolio of merchants. Manage merchant portfolio, including SOC improvement, cross-sell, up-sell, etc.
- Develop strategic relationship with merchants' C-level management. Maintain good relationship with merchants and responsible for increasing company's product penetration and overall share of payment volume across the merchant portfolio
- Provide insights and support to help merchants develop strategy. Identify and resolve merchant pain-points leveraging company products/solutions
- Drive product penetration, align with internal cross-functional teams, like Product, Risk, Ops, Integration etc.
- Works with service manager and support resources to enable onboarding, servicing, issue resolution
- Experience in corporate sales, business account management, consultation or solution provision
- Experience in IT, E-Commerce, and Payment segments is highly preferred
- Comfort with Data/Analytics and using it to advise Merchants, monitor and track effectiveness/performance, and drive decision making are must
