職務内容

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities in line with the strategic targets set by the Key Account, by collecting information in early stages of the sourcing activities; Generate sales opportunities. Investigate target prices, demand and business potential. Collect technical trends. Monitor competitors' activities.
  • Establish long term relationship to the customer and strengthen contact network within different customer's organization levels in order to be considered a strategic supplier of high technical competence.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas and grow our business.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

理想の人材

A successful Account Executive should have:

  • University Bachelor degree or above is mandatory (major in Science Engineering or Machine Engineering preferred)
  • Sales experience in automotive industry is preferred
  • Indirect sales experience between overseas location and Japanese customer is preferred
  • Technical background is nice to have
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Business English language skills (TOEIC 650 or higher)
