About Our Client
Our client is an American multinational consumer business, selling their products in over 200 countries worldwide. They are most well known for manufacturing and selling household consumer goods, in addition to a number of different product categories.
- Directs the growth of key and strategic accounts to increase sales and market share.
- Develop long-term strategy to achieve objectives for Strategic Accounts.
- Construct annual business plans with key accounts, ensuring that business plan objectives.
- Direct forecasting process and establish targets.
- Report results against forecasts and adjustments to senior management.
- Monitor department progress and make adjustments when necessary.
- Present periodic sales reports to management.
- Approve incentive plan parameters and goals.
- Builds relationships with key customers to support Strategic Account managers.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong track record of business success.
- Strong management and sales experience.
- Experience in a Consumer/ FMCG /Food / Beverage industry.
- Strategic thinking.
- People management skill and strong leadership.
- English Language.
