About Our Client

- General storage product maintenance services.
- Failure analysis and fault handling, and business recovery support.
- Support for lot defects in hardware and software.
- Communication between engineers and R&D.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Regular maintenance meetings with customers.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience in maintaining, building and troubleshooting storage products.
- Knowledge of SAN, NAS, cloud and Linux, up to OS configuration level.
- Customer support experience.
- Knowledge of network and server products is very welcome.
