- Respond to customer inquiries or issues about the products of the company by telephone and e-mail, in order to improve customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer tech problems, provide workarounds.
- Create and provide easy-to-understand web content on frequently asked questions.
- Above business level Japanese.
- Applicants should reside in Japan.
- Professional and efficient telephone skills, writing skills, ability to respond to customers.
- IT skills, basic understanding of virtualized products, knowledge of Windows Server and Linux products, network etc is desirable.
