Our client is one of the most well-know multinational network device provider company. They are looking for a bilingual IT Technical Support to join the Tokyo team due to their continuously growing business in Japan.
- Provide day-to-day level 1 and level 2 expert troubleshooting and high-level technical support, to internal employees including senior management and VIPs, for network connectivity and internal systems, both software and hardware.
- Supports users both remotely and face-to-face, including the troubleshooting of remote access technologies.
- Assist level 3 remote teams by acting as a contact point and assisting with any logistics, troubleshooting or testing required in your primary supported offices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both software and hardware issues related to laptops, mobiles, printers, peripherals, applications etc.
- Solid technical background with Windows 10/Apple systems, Microsoft applications, O365, Active directory, Remote access technologies, VPN, Video conferencing.
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and understanding of Networking basics, TCP/IP and how to troubleshoot a network.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills are required to deliver great customer service.
