職務内容
- Execute technical and commercial analysis for make-buy decisions and optimisation.
- Develop 3PM supplier capability to ensure quality and timely launch/ transfer of products
- Monitor and improve 3PM supplier performance (delivery, cost, yield) and compliance on quality, SHEQ and social standards
- Coordinate safety & compliance audits and lead follow up on audit findings
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve supply issues

- Background in Chemical or Engineering related
- Strong experiences in Supplier management or factory management
- Business level in Japanese and English
- People management skills
