  • Support global/local management of all Clinical Monitoring operational metrics and goals in Japan

The Successful Applicant

A successful 2nd Line Manager - Clinical Operations should have:

  • A degree in life science or a related field
  • CRA Manager experience
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills
  • Effective English written and verbal communication
