職務内容

  • Lead sale force excellence project on Segmentation & Targeting (S&T), sales force sizing and territory alignment
  • Work closely with cross functional team to align on sale force strategy
  • Initiate SFE model and implementation (e.g. Targeting and segmentation) and Sales Force Digitisation (SFD - e.g. suggestion engines and BI tools) that really work at the field
  • Drive business development and sales force realisation and reformation

理想の人材

  • 5 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Statistic Analysis, Consulting or related field management
  • Expert on analytic tools ex. Tableau
  • Strong in strategic, analytically and logical thinking
  • Strong communication in both English and Japanese
