職務内容
- Lead sale force excellence project on Segmentation & Targeting (S&T), sales force sizing and territory alignment
- Work closely with cross functional team to align on sale force strategy
- Initiate SFE model and implementation (e.g. Targeting and segmentation) and Sales Force Digitisation (SFD - e.g. suggestion engines and BI tools) that really work at the field
- Drive business development and sales force realisation and reformation
理想の人材
- 5 years' experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Statistic Analysis, Consulting or related field management
- Expert on analytic tools ex. Tableau
- Strong in strategic, analytically and logical thinking
- Strong communication in both English and Japanese
