About Our Client
- Be responsible for office administrative management in Rogers Tokyo office.
- Assist Asia Legal/Financial department to take care of local legal and financial issue.
- Provide effective services to S&M employees for their business travelling.
- Assist with employee communication and company events in Asia.
- Assist and coordinate in local HR/IT/Safety work.
- Assist with division large events organisation such as large business meetings, product seminars/conferences.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in business or equivalent
- 1 or 2+ years of administrative or manager assistant experience
- Good command of English (oral and written)
- Skilled in Word and Excel software
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good time management skill
- Ability to handle multi-task, honest and organised
