職務内容

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for exponential growth.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
  • Implement a rigorous product planning process for quality and speed.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Measure and improve key product metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Drive post-launch analysis and continuous improvements.

理想の人材

  • 7+ years of Product Manager experience in web applications or cloud services.
  • Strong API and cloud service knowledge.
  • Proficiency in writing spec documents and test cases.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ownership mindset and cross-cultural collaboration experience.
  • Japanese proficiency: not required
