Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will take ownership of complex financial programs, leading the entire program life cycle from initiation to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Program Management: Handle all aspects of the program, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and execution.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use data and business insights to guide strategy and align product requirements with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, and work with the Product team to turn business needs into deliverables.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Serve as the link between departments to ensure program success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program progress to ensure goals are met.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain essential documentation for team use.
  • Project Coordination: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst (IT experience not required).
  • Strong team player.
  • Proactive in navigating complexity, resolving issues independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for different stakeholders.
  • Accountable for program outcomes to executives.
  • High Japanese communication skills.
  • Conversational-level English communication skills.
