Job Description

  • Lead and Inspire: Oversee a team of engineers, promoting Agile practices and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality software by managing code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, and overseeing both front-end and back-end tasks.
  • Full-Stack Development: Contribute to technical design and actively participate in the development of both the front-end and back-end systems, using tools like React and the Spring Framework to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Help refine and streamline development processes, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that optimize logistics and supply chain operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful fullstack Developer should have:

  • Strong experience in leading Agile teams and driving development best practices.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (React) and back-end frameworks (Spring Framework).
  • Solid experience with mobile app development, including Android SDK, and building RESTful services.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, Redis) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), as well as code quality tools (SonarQube).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit and Jest, and experience in process documentation (JIRA, Confluence)
