Job Description

  • Build and operate NGS pipelines, continuously improving accuracy, reproducibility, and speed
  • Analyze screening data and developability metrics to identify and prioritize antibody candidates
  • Drive de novo sequence design using generative AI and protein language models
  • Collaborate closely with wet‑lab teams to provide computational feedback and co‑design iterative experimental strategies

The Successful Applicant

  • Hands‑on experience with NGS analysis and strong biological understanding
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Business‑level English required, Japanese not necessary.
