Job Description

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.
  • Communicate product goals, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
  • Oversee post-launch activities, including bug fixes and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
  • Work with SREs to maintain system reliability, scalability, and incident management.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive product improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Java, Python, React) and system architecture (APIs, microservices, databases, cloud).
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and project execution.
  • Strong ability to define API requirements and assess technical feasibility.
  • Conflict resolution and stakeholder management across business and engineering teams.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset to balance business objectives with technical constraints.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills in cross-functional environments.
