Job Description

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources related to IT operations.
  • Create reporting dashboards and BI reports for process optimization.
  • Engage in workflow automation to enhance internal approval processes.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities by accurately tracking subscriptions and licenses.
  • Extract data from ticketing systems, inventory management, and cloud portals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of industry experience in IT operations or data science.
  • Fluent in English and conversational/native-level Japanese.
  • Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office, ticketing systems, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Excel macros, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with cloud services like AWS and Azure.
