職務内容

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team and other staff members.
  • Assist in the preparation and translation of documents, reports, and correspondence in both Japanese and English.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.



理想の人材

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of office equipment
