Job Description

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business goals.
  • Prioritize features using business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Gather and synthesize requirements from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Validate feature delivery to ensure it meets business and customer expectations.
  • Analyze KPIs and create improvement strategies with engineering leadership.
  • Support daily development workflows and resolve issues with engineering teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in the IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of programming concepts, web technologies, and SDLC.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills (e.g., PRD creation).
