- Over 2,500 employees worldwide, and over 50 employees in Japan alone
- in 2020 the company opened its new APAC HQ office in Tokyo
- The 3D printers are used in a number of industries, including automotive, medical, industrial, and commercial applications
Job Description
- Keeping customer relationships strong while offering appropriate solutions to customers
- Technically assist customers when required; both on-site and remotely
- Bridge between local engineers and product support team in HQ
- Establish customer support strategies
- Support sales team with technical specifications when necessary to help drive business in Japan
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Customer-facing engineering experience (FAE, Service Engineer, or similar)
- English: Intermediate
- Japanese: BUSINESS LEVEL OR HIGHER
**Printer experience not required, but welcome!
