Job Description
The Technical Support Engineer will help contribute to success within Japan by:
- Using robotic application design OR integration OR programming OR technical support knowledge to support both our partners and sales team
- Support customers with robot application development and support to help maximise robotic efficiency
- Demonstrate products and technology, both directly to customers and through technical trade shows
- Supporting lead generation through technical application support
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical field
- Experience in ONE OR MORE of the following industrial robot experiences: application design OR integration OR programming OR technical support
- Japanese: Native-level
- English: Minimum of reading/writing level
