Job Description
As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Pre-Sales & Technical service teams. Responsibilities Include:
- Efficient technical support to Japanese customers based on solid understanding the customer's needs
- Provide the guidance, direction, and feedback in the form of KPIs and metrics associated to technical and service management
- Manage customer escalations for technical support, and implement appropriate technical support processes
- Build strong relationships with customers to gain feedback, pain points and needs into meaningful and actionable support and service solutions
The Successful Applicant
- Technical or Engineering Background: electrical/mechanical/mechatronic or equivalent
- Experience working in a customer-facing technical engineering position (Application engineer, project management, technical sales or similar)
- Japanese: Native, or JLPT N2 or higher
- English: Daily Conversational Level (TOEIC 500 or higher)
***Experience working with test and measurement equipment is welcome, but not required***
