Job Description
- Perform technical repairs, evaluate performance, confirm condition and quality of new and used film equipment technology
- Troubleshooting and identifying equipment issues, and providing estimates of repairs for clients
- Handles customer support calls regarding troubleshooting/technical support/repair when required
- Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of company's technology and products
The Successful Applicant
**Film equipment experience is NOT REQUIRED. In-depth training will be provided after joining the company**
- Degree in Electrical/Optical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience as a optical engineer (ANY industry OK)
- English: Simple phone calls, reading and writing ability
- Japanese: Native-level fluency (JLPT N1 or higher)
- Lens Engineering experience is a plus, but not required**
