Job Description
As a service engineer in Japan, you will be required to:
- Perform technical repairs, evaluate performance, confirm condition and quality of new and used film equipment technology
- Troubleshooting and identifying equipment issues, and providing estimates of repairs for clients
- Handles customer support regarding troubleshooting/technical support/repair when required
- Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of company's technology and products through training programs
The Successful Applicant
Required Skills:
- Degree in Electrical/Computer/ Engineering or equivalent
- Experience as a service engineer, support engineer, field engineer or technician -- ANY industry OK
- English：Read/Write Level or higher
- Japanese: Native-level fluency (JLPT N1 or higher)
**Film equipment experience is NOT REQUIRED. A detailed training program will be provided after joining the company**
