About Our Client

多国籍航空機リース企業にて、総務兼秘書を行っていただきます。大手日経銀行の支援をバックに日本国内にてオフィスを新規開設されます。

Job Description

  • 日本オフィスにて社員のアシスタント

  • スケジュール管理、電話会議、会議の設定、イベントや会場の予約業務

  • オフィス施設、文房具、パントリー用品の調達と維持を含む、オフィス管理サポート。

  • 必要に応じてドキュメントの編集と翻訳を行い、ファイルと顧客情報を管理。

  • 日本のオフィス開設、オフィス改修プロジェクト、エージェントとのコミュニケーション、および作業に必要な申請書、ファイリング、文書、レポートの処理のサポート。

  • スタッフの採用、トレーニングの提供、日本オフィスでのコーチング活動、エージェントや候補者とのコミュニケーション、および採用活動に必要な申請書、ファイリング、文書、レポートの処理について人事をサポートします。

  • 総務に関して、東京オフィスおよび本社の社内従業員と連絡を取ります。

The Successful Applicant

  • 大学卒業資格

  • 秘書業務の経験

  • 優れた対人スキルとコミュニケーションスキル。

  • TOEIC800点以上の英語力
