Job Description

  • Remotly support customers and contractors in a prompt and knowledgeable manner
  • Provide support in the troubleshooting of solar inverter issues during installation and start up
  • Work together with various teams effectively solve issues
  • Manage the monitoring database of customer installations
  • Document all activity in SalesForce and other database software platforms

The Successful Applicant

MUST HAVE:

  • Engineering education or equivalent experiences
  • Experience in professional customer service in technical helpline or remote support.
  • Japanese: Business-Level communication (JLPT N1 or higher)
  • English: read/write level or higher is OK
  • Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.

NOT NECESSARY, BUT HELPFUL SKILLS

  • Experience with solar electric products is a plus
  • Experience working for an international organization is a plus
