Job Description
Manage all aspects of Solar Energy Projects, until handing over to the EPC (engineering/procurement/construction) team, including:
- Manage all project development areas: land rights; permits, licenses and authorisations , connection rights, etc.
- Interact with all involved local players (developers, authorities, EPCs, utilities, advisors, lenders, investors, etc.)
- Monitor project development status, lead local project relationships and drive progress of projects
- Ensure a smooth handover of acquired projects to an EPC project manager
- Document commercial, legal and financial processes and ensures high data accuracy
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience in Project Management Role (Solar energy is ideal, but not necessary)
- English: Conversational Level
- Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Strong interest in Renewable Energy
