Job Description
- Responsible for the management of technical and administrative service activities (installation, testing, repair, modifications, etc)
- Maintains communication with R&D Engineers to resolve technical problems
- Accountable to customer relationship to deliver best in class services
- Responsible for timely, professional and accurate service for all technical service enquires
The Successful Applicant
- Experienced in field Service Engineer position dealing with electrical/mechanical technology
- Engineering Educational Background (electrical/mechanical or relevant)
- English: Business Level
- Japanese: Business Level
