Job Description
- Act as the main Account Lead for a key account in Japan. Take overall accountability for client site Facility Management operations
- Drive the planned, preventive, proactive and corrective maintenance activities in each site
- Drive on-site performance metrics (such as response time, completion time, overall completion percentage, etc.) in accordance with account metrics
- Plan and manage energy management solutions, including evaluation of utility consumption, cost reduction programs, and more
The Successful Applicant
【必須（MUST）】
- Experience of maintenance management (ie, fire alarms, electrical systems, water AND/OR HVAC, etc)
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル（JLPT N2以上）
- 英語：読み書きレベル（レポート作成、メールのコミュニケーションがとれる方）
- 顧客折衝能力の高い方
