Trade Marketing Specialist
Global consumer electronics company
・Collaborate with Cluster Category Managers and sales team for the development of OFL marketing programs for each product category across channels in Japan
・Work closely with channel partners to understand their needs and explore opportunities
・Drive the development of OFL Marketing programs and POS materials for OFL channels in Japan, ensuring that they are consistent with company's product category strategies, channel/customer needs and brand image
・Ensure quality and consistency in marketing execution at POS (retail stores) in line with AP guidelines and tools
・Work closely with retail merchant team to deploy POS materials as planned.
・Oversee the management of all merchandising resources in Japan, with direct responsibility for merchandising agencies, merchandising strategies & resource allocation
・Develop trade marketing calendar.
・Measure, evaluate and improve ROI on channel activities and provide program report.
・Designer with technical merchandising expertise acquired in agency or Retail industry. Expertise in Consumer Electronics markets will be considered as a plus
・+5 years of Experience in trade marketing.
・Strong understanding of the in-store marketing tools and experience in driving sales out via winning merchandising concepts
・Exceptional strategic, communication, presentation, interpersonal and team-oriented skills
・Native level Japanese, and intermediate level in written and spoken English.
