This is one of the major American retail and wholesale banking groups, with a wide coverage across their domestic markets. They also have a network of representative branches throughout the globe, with the Tokyo office representing their presence for Japan and East Asia as a whole. 職務内容
Our client is searching for a Business Analyst to join the technology team. The main function of the role is to map technical processes followed by internal and external users for the wholesale (commercial) systems used. These systems are developed in the US, however the Japan business needs to strengthen suitability for the Japanese market. Therefore the position holder will be involved in the analysis and specification gathering for new systems, work closely with overseas development teams, and implement and integrate new systems.

理想の人材
The successful applicant will come from a retail or wholesale banking background, with knowledge of systems used in these industries. Therefore although applications from investment banking backgrounds would be welcomed, some knowledge of retail / commercial banking is required. Experience in development, business or systems analysis, application support or project management will be considered. The requirements for language can be flexible - strong Japanese is not a mandatory requirement for this role.
