企業情報
Successful Real Estate investment company with a medium-sized office located in central Tokyo. They provide both investment advisory as well as asset management services. This position will directly support their SPC management business service.

職務内容

• Internal control, accounting and cash flow management for SPC entities
• Handle / liaise with audit and tax companies
• Review and approve payment request and account ledgers prepared by SPC accountants

理想の人材

• Experiences in internal control and accounting
• Knowledge of the accounting standards (eg. USGAAP)
• Experience in real estate SPC accounting is preferable
• Experience in working at the audit firm is plus English

条件・待遇
A challenging senior position for someone with a track record of success and experience of SPCs. The role will offer the candidate to oversee the day to day accounting relating to special purpose companies. Competitive salary and benefits will also be paid
