Job Description

  • Input and maintain HR data in the system
  • Create offer letters
  • Arrange for exit interviews
  • Coordinate on background checks
  • Meeting arrangements / expense reports

The Successful Applicant

  • Native-level Japanese language ability
  • Fluent English (emails/phone calls in English)
  • Administrative experience in the HR department
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
