職務内容
This job provides customer support for the existing customers mainly over the phone. Whenever the customers face some trouble cases, they call into the support department and this role receives it, analyzes it, finds solution, and implements it considering the Service Level Agreement. This role also supports implementation of the services by interacting with other divisions.
理想の人材
*1 year of experience one of the following is preferred.
Fluent in Japanese and business level English
