Our client is a leading pharmaceutical firm.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a senior HR Business Partner role for a key client group. Specifically you will lead and implement various HR projects to ensure HR best practices, as well as contribute strategic plans to support the business. You will be responsible for the full HR generalist remit covering employee relations, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development, performance management and organizational development.

The Successful Applicant

As an experienced HR professional you will have an outstanding track record of HR generalist experience within the pharmaceutical sector. You will be an independent and dynamic individual and will bring a proactive approach to all you do. You will be an excellent communicator in English and Japanese and will be able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
