職務内容

• As a Sales Specialist, you will be required to meet sales goals / plans as well as individual targets
• Report to the Senior Vice President of International Sales
• Communicate / support the Scanlan Sales Director / Manager and Distributors to grow the market share
• Responsible for evaluations, selling and training with a focus in the following locations: Japan, Korea, Philippines, India, Australia and New Zealand
• Travel extensively, working in different regions on a regular basis coordinated by your Sales Director / Manager in the region
• Attend and assist in sales for selected surgical congresses and trade shows

理想の人材

• Minimum 4years of college or equivalent education
• Minimum 3 years of strong sales experience (surgical / medical products is highly preferred)
• An ability to sell “high quality” products and focus the customer on the quality rather than price
• Willingness for extensive travel via airplane, train or other modes if necessary (this position will be expected to travel 60-70%)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
