職務内容

  • Designated area will be in department stores.
  • Make plans for long-term development of each account; explain the plan to the account and monitor the measures taken to ensure alignment with the long-term goal.
  • Provide support in educating younger members of the team
  • Forecast and estimate the long-term budget of each account.
  • Analyze and evaluate each account on the basis of its strategies, progress in business and financial statements.
  • Explain the company’s marketing strategies to customers; make general assessment of customer feedback and results of market analysis and come up with proposals for the company’s overall marketing plan.
  • Formulate the visions, strategies and action plans that will help respective accounts achieve their sales targets and ensure that they are implemented in an effective manner.
  • Be capable of providing explanations to each account (Head Office) for long-term proposals that will be mutually beneficial.
