Successful Real Estate investment company with a medium-sized office located in central Tokyo. They provide both investment advisory as well as asset management services. This position will directly support their SPC management business service.

職務内容

• Book-keeping for SPCs
• Bank reconciliation
• Prepare payment requests
• Preparation of reports (in line with USGAAP)
• Preparation for audit forms and tax accountants
• Other ad hoc, SPC-related accounting duties

• Relevant accounting qualifications
