Our client in this case is a major Japanese retail bank, with particular focus in the Kanto region. Their customer base has been growing in recent years, with particular shifting coming from previous customers of the "megabanks". This success is spurring them to expand into other areas, such as investment banking products as well as representation overseas. The bank has an excellent reputation for working culture, consistently being rated as one of the best companies to work for in annual, nationwide surveys.

職務内容
The client is currently searching for an engineer to join the systems applications. The specific systems are in the retail banking division - those used internally by branch staff, as well as applications used by customers. The position holder will have the opportunity to either become a specialist developer for such systems, or act as a business / systems analyst.

理想の人材

Applicants will have some experience with retail banking systems, either as a developer, systems analyst or in providing application support. This experience can come from similar positions at other similar retail banks, or from vendor companies which produce these systems.
