Our client is a top tier Retail banking institution with a strong presence in Japan. They are currently looking for a Product Development Operations candidate to join their highly dynamic team.

職務内容

• Providing operations support to on line banking transactions
• Escalate any issues or inquiries from clients to the appropriate department
• Participate in projects: system & process enhancements
• Creating and preparing daily reports

理想の人材

• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
• 2-3 years of experience working in a financial institution
• Client service experience would be preferable
• Internet banking experience would be preferable
• JSDA II
