Join a highly motivated regional team responsible for online banking solutions for Japan.

• Research, recommend and plan online banking solutions to improve on customer experience
• Drive and deliver new initiatives including mobile banking
• Work with business stakeholders and regional/global IT teams

理想の人材

• Expert understanding of Internet environment
• Proven experience developing roadmaps/strategies building online customer improvement experience
• Good communication skill. Native level Japanese language and business level English language required
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Online banking experience preferred
