Our client is a globally well known consumer products company that has a stable position and is looking to expand its presence in Japan. With a dynamic and creative work environment, they are looking for a dedicated individual to lead its marketing strategies for their most popular product range.

職務内容

Reporting directly to the Brand Director the Marketing Manager will have the following duties:

• Develop and implement the annual brand plans for the group's most successful product range
• Identify new developments for the products in the portfolio to maintain their edge over the competition
• Develop the communication strategy and all marketing programs across advertising, media, internet, PR, events, Trade, CRM, DM
• Supervise the market research so that the brand's objectives are met within budget
• Manage all operating costs with a plan to ensure overall efficiency for the marketing programs
• Build cross-functional relationships and maintain successful open communication with the brand owners over a global platform
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve their objectives

理想の人材

• Bachelor degree or above
• Superior communication skills in both Japanese and English
• FMCG background would be preferred
• More than 8 years experience in Brand Marketing highly regarded
• Past experience with advertising campaigns would be preferable
• Skills in initiating successful Above The Line Marketing strategies
