職務内容

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing you will be responsible for collaborating heavily across the region, including local senior sales teams and peers on a global platform. Ensuring the region has a marketing voice with the global senior leadership will be critical to the ongoing development of the APAC market. With the support of a highly successful and well established brand the Marketing Director objectives include:

  • Build and propose the marketing plan, collaborating with the sales to team to ensure buy-in and full support for the tactical implementation.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns and communication strategies including events, PR, social media, brand awareness tactics and online marketing.
  • provide insights to the senior global management on the regional marketplace through sales input, segment marketing, research, customer trends and market opportunities.
  • Identify and explore growth area opportunities, execute though brand awareness, site merchandising, email and promotional activity and then measure results to determine the optimal channel mix in order to deliver excellent ROI.
  • Identify sources of customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, Xsell and upsell through both internal and external resources.
  • identify possible opportunities for co-branding, partnerships, events and sponsorships
  • Drive the localization of global content onto the local websites; adapting email and promotional activity for each local market

理想の人材

We are looking to identify highly educated individuals with a proven track record in delivering successful marketing initiatives on a regional scale. You must be able to demonstrate recent experience working with a consumer, entertainment or lifestyle product an be prepared to share the revenue results directly linked to your marketing campaign activity. In more detail you should fit the following requirements:

  • Extensive professional experience at a strategic and international level.
  • In depth knowledge of the development of strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, retention and brand awareness.
  • Sales orientated with an entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Project management capability - dealing with campaign schedules, deadlines, briefings etc.
  • Strong knowledge of the APAC region.
