Our client is a globally well-known American Real Estate Company.

職務内容

• Legal review on General Contract Agreements, Terms & Conditions, and other various agreements (both in Japanese & English)
• Legal advice for all business including real estate transactions
• Legal function for litigious incidents and any other lawsuit cases with stakeholders
• Legal advice for Compliance function in terms of Corporate Law, Banking Law and other Banking business related regulations and regulatory reports
• Secretary role of Shareholders meeting and Board of Directors

理想の人材

• Bilingual - Fluent in both Japanese and English
• Law education background, familiar with legal terms in Japanese
• Legal license would be an advantage
• Experience as a Legal Specialist with exposure to Real Estate Business
• Good understanding of legal matters related to real estate transactions
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills
• Bicultural, team player
