職務内容
Full service Japanese major investment bank, with a strong track record of steady growth is seeking to build its Investment Banking Department. The firm focuses on domestic as well as overseas deals and has developed important sector in various industries. One of Japan's prestigious investment banks is looking to hire coverage bankers to originate and execute deal flow in various sectors, in particular technology/media/telecom, energy/commodities/utilities coverage. The firm has a well-developed platform and would like to ramp up the investment banking arm.

理想の人材

• Solid understanding of investment banking with the ability to originate deals in the TMT or energy/commodities/utility sector
• Strong written and oral communication skills in both Japanese and English language skills
• Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance
• Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all level in organization
• Ability to take initiative and function independently balanced with strong teaming skills
• Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct.
