Our client is a leading pharmaceutical firm.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR, your key responsibilities will be recruitment, staffing, management of performance evaluation process, compensation and benefits and employee/employer relations. There will be extensive interaction with all levels of professional personnel as well as frequent liaison with HR Management team in both regional and global headquarters.

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will already be an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in multi-national firms in Japan. Strong leadership skills, high level of confidence, professionalism and diplomacy as well as strong client servicing skills are essential. Fluency in English and Japanese is a must.
