職務内容
You will be a key member of the management team and provide leadership, planning and direction to the HR function in line with business objectives. Specifically, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, employee relations and compensation and benefits.

理想の人材

The successful candidate will have a strong track record leading HR in Japan. You will sit on the Japan management team and will play a key role in consolidating and growing the business. Creative and resourceful, you will possess strong leadership with high levels of integrity and initiative coupled with a hands-on and diplomatic approach. Fluency in English and Japanese is essential as are exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
