職務内容
You will be a key member of the management team and provide leadership, planning and direction to the HR function in line with business objectives. Specifically, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR and administration functions, including recruitment, training & development, employee relations, C&B and performance management. You will also develop and improve all existing a HR platforms and will be involved with senior management on organizational development, planning

理想の人材
To qualify, you will be a degree-educated Human Resources professional with an outstanding track record within multinational corporations. Prior experience gained from a large manufacturing firm would be advantageous. A high level of integrity an initiative coupled with a 'hands-on' and diplomatic approach is essential. Fluency in English and Japanese is a pre-requisite as are exceptional and communication skills.
